Members of Hilltop Park have access to Jimmerson Lake from our docks where each lot is assigned one side of a dock space, or one space to dock your one water device. Water devices may not be docked anywhere other than your member dock space, or paid dock rental.
Includes motorized boats/personal watercraft/non-motorized watercraft
1-year term defined as the second Saturday in April to the second Saturday in October
Size Dock Fee, Example Watercraft
• 20-foot $500 (example: most motorized boats)
• 10-foot $250 (example: most jet skis
Renewable yearly, ONLY IF in good standing (no outstanding payments due of any kind for anything).
Maximum of two rentals per member (this may change based upon waiting list).
There are NO free dock spaces.

There is no Hilltop water space usage outside of your assigned dock space, or rented dock space.
