PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Hilltop Park Cooperative, Inc. (“Hilltop”) Rules and Regulations have been created to help ensure everybody’s safety and Park enjoyment for the membership, their families and guests. The expectation is that all members and guests adhere to the Rules and Regulations, the terms of the Proprietary Lease and the Cooperative Blue Book. All Hilltop property, equipment and buildings are for the use of all members, family and guests, at their own risk.
Variances to these rules will only be allowed by a majority vote of the Hilltop Park Board of Directors (the “BOD”). The rules are created by the BOD and can be amended by the BOD. Any requests for changes to the Rules and Regulations must be made in writing to the BOD. The BOD will discuss the change request and either change the rule or reject the request, notifying the requestor of the decision.
