The "Blue Book" is the collection of documents that embody the Hilltop Park Cooperative agreements, leases, and bylaws. It was originally printed on blue paper. The documents contained on this website were scanned from printouts and when possible the document was converted to text using an online OCR service. The scanned PDF should be considered the reference whenever the OCR version accuracy or completeness is questioned.
